Strengthen Communication, Confidence, and Connection Through Roleplaying Games

Where play meets personal and professional growth

New to Roleplaying Games?

No Problem.

Roleplaying games are collaborative storytelling where you create characters and go on adventures together. If you've watched Stranger Things or heard of Dungeons and Dragons, you've got the basic idea. But roleplaying is so much more than fighting orcs and dragons.

The Game Master guides the story while you make choices that shape what happens next. Think improv meets strategy game - you're the main character in a story that unfolds based on your decisions, creativity, and yes, a few dice rolls.

Sound familiar? You already do this in business - role-playing scenarios in training, brainstorming sessions, strategic planning. We just make it fun and take the pressure off real-world consequences.

Genuine bonds form as you discover your colleague is secretly hilarious, your business partner has the most dramatic character backstory, or that serious personfrom HR does the best goblin voice you've ever heard.

Bonding over shared stories and dice rolls does more than just build teamwork—it creates the kind of genuine connections that last long after the game ends.

"It’s paradoxical that a little bit of “nonproductive” activity can make one enormously more productive and invigorated in other aspects of life."

- Stuart Brown, M.D.

Enhances Social Connection and Communication

In a world where we’re increasingly isolated, build stronger bonds—one quest at a time (with the people who get you).

Supports Mental Health and Emotional Resilience

Have real fun, get a true break from the world, and feel lighter, freer, and a little more alive.

Boosts Creativity and Problem-Solving

Train your brain to improvise, adapt, and handle curveballs without spinning your wheels.

"The opposite of play is not work. It's depression."

- Stuart Brown, M.D.

We get it—life can feel like one big to-do list.
This is a chance to step out of your head, connect with others, and explore new parts of yourself—without any real world consequences.

You’ll get to:

  • Have a ton of fun (pretty much guaranteed!)

  • Take a real break that actually energizes you

  • Build confidence through storytelling and collaborative play

The dice tell a story. Let’s find out what yours says.

“We were laughing, creating this hilarious story, and really getting to know each other in ways that don’t happen through work”

I saw my son playing D&D and honestly wasn't interested in fighting goblins. But
what Laura created was completely different. We played sleuthing grannies solving
mysteries, and I had some of the most genuine fun I've had in years. The bonding
that happened around that table was incredible - we were laughing, collaborating,
and really getting to know each other in ways that don’t happen through work.

I keep thinking about my character and can't wait for our next adventure.

About your Game Master

Laura Khalil

A woman with light brown hair, wearing a pink blazer draped over a black shirt and high-waisted blue jeans, standing on a sidewalk with her hands in her pockets and smiling.

My mom tells me the first story I ever told was about a family of polar bears who ran a hot chocolate stand in the Arctic. I've been obsessed with story ever since—and the power to change our lives through the stories we tell ourselves and others.

For years, I've crafted stories that help companies connect with their audiences. As a former fellow of the Joseph Campe

Now I have the profound pleasure of helping individuals and teams discover and tell their own stories—the ones that transform how they see themselves and what they believe is possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Not at all! There's no performance pressure here. You're just making decisions for your character and describing what they do. Think of it like explaining what you'd do in a situation, not putting on a Shakespeare play.

  • Perfect! We'll teach you everything you need to know, and you don't need to be a fantasy fan to enjoy collaborative storytelling and problem-solving. Many of our most enthusiastic players started as complete skeptics.

  • Roleplaying games are so much more than Dungeons and Dragons! You could play a sleuthing granny in a Murder, She Wrote-style mystery, a team of woodland creatures running a magical bakery and solving neighborhood disputes, or astronauts on a space station working together to solve technical problems. We tailor the adventure to what sounds fun and engaging to your group - no swords or sorcery required. And yes, if you want to meet dragons along the way, we can do that too :)

  • Our players include CEOs, engineers, teachers, salespeople, parents, and everyone in between. If you like solving problems and connecting with people, you'll fit right in.

  • How many sessions do we need? Sessions typically run 2-3 hours. You'll see benefits after just one session, but most teams find their stride after 3-4 sessions when everyone gets comfortable with their characters.

  • We get it! Start with the willing participants. Once the skeptics see how much fun everyone's having (and how much they're learning), they usually want in on the next round.

  • Nope! We provide everything - dice, character sheets, snacks, and all the guidance you need. Just show up ready to try something new.

  • We're not therapists, but roleplaying has therapeutic benefits like helping people find their voice, building confidence, giving your brain a break from overthinking, and even helping with imposter syndrome. It's play that naturally makes people feel better - not structured therapy, but genuinely beneficial for personal growth.

  • Of course! We offer one-time sessions perfect for testing the waters, plus ongoing campaign packages for teams and individuals who want to develop their characters and stories over multiple adventures.
